Abby, let me just “tag” onto Julie’s email to say how much I enjoyed our cooking session. You are AMAZING and, although I learned a lot, you gave me the freedom to still do things my way. That’s the mark of a GREAT instructor. I recently tried making the Beef Wellington at home for Julie and one of our sons, and it came out great! I was still able to remember most of what you showed me about it. I can’t want to try some of the other recipes and I am already pondering roasting my own spices. Probably the only “down” side to my lesson is that now I want to spend A LOT of money on new knives and cooking toys! Thanks again.
