Foursquare entertains guests in a private Cooking class

“We had such a great time the other night at Camaje learning from your culinary expertise. Look forward to the next time we come in…and learning a whole new menu.”
—Jameson, Dana, and Peter, Foursquare (Watch their video!)

“The whole thing was awesome and the food was excellent… We look forward to coming back. Thanks again.”

“We did a tapas cooking class here in the summer. Chef Abby was a great teacher and the food was amazing. Highly recommended!”

“You are AMAZING and, although I learned a lot, you gave me the freedom to still do things my way. That’s the mark of a GREAT instructor. I recently tried making the Beef Wellington at home for Julie and one of our sons, and it came out great! I was still able to remember most of what you showed me about it. I can’t want to try some of the other recipes and I am already pondering roasting my own spices. Probably the only “down” side to my lesson is that now I want to spend A LOT of money on new knives and cooking toys!”

“Chef Abby! Another great class with the Shop & Cook Chinatown for Fish. Had a great time…. Thank you!”

“You are so generous and a wonderful teacher. My girls both said it was the best Christmas gift ever! I agree. Thank you for the recipes.”

“Just a few words to thank you again for the great class and dinner last night for me and my family. We all truly enjoyed it and you are really wonderful—so knowledgeable and patient.”
