Chef Abby,
We had such a great time the other night at Camaje learning from your culinary expertise…
Look forward to the next time we come in… and learning a whole new menu.

We wanted to thank you (and Karen) so much for a great evening on Tuesday night. The whole thing was awesome and the food was excellent (I am sure that was mostly me with a little bit of you and kelsey). We look forward to coming back. Thanks again. Derek and Kelsey.

We did a tapas cooking class here in the summer. Chef Abby was a great teacher and the food was amazing. Highly recommended! (Sept. 2013)

Abby, let me just “tag” onto Julie’s email to say how much I enjoyed our cooking session. You are AMAZING and, although I learned a lot, you gave me the freedom to still do things my way. That’s the mark of a GREAT instructor. I recently tried making the Beef Wellington at home for Julie and one of our sons, and it came out great! I was still able to remember most of what you showed me about it. I can’t want to try some of the other recipes and I am already pondering roasting my own spices. Probably the only “down” side to my lesson is that now I want to spend A LOT of money on new knives and cooking toys! Thanks again.

Chef Abby!
Another great class with the Shop & Cook Chinatown for Fish.  Had a great time…
Thank you!

Hi Abby,

…You are so generous and a wonderful teacher. My girls both said it was the best Christmas gift ever! I agree. Thank you for the recipes…

“Just a few words to thank you again for the great class and dinner last night for me and my family.
We all truly enjoyed it and you are really wonderful- so knowlegeable and patient.
My son David will be emailing you the pictures and I have already recommended your restaurant and services to a few friends”.
